ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the case was listed on 08.04.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby this Court had directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 19.04.2021. 2.The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in Transfer O.P.No.14 of 2015 dated 19.09.2016 by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore District. The Transfer Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the suit in O.S.No.303 of 2008 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Tirupattur to be tried along with O.S.No.184 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tirupattur. There is no stay.

3.Even though the matter is listed today under the caption 'for 2/4

dismissal', neither the petitioner nor its counsel is present before this Court to prosecute the matter. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
