When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted the action taken report dated 27.01.2024 with regard to calling for explanation from the then District Collector, Thiruvallur for not following the order of this Court as well as the circular issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration. He further submitted that the 2nd respondent had already passed order on 18.07.2023 in respect of the subject matter of petitioner's online application dated 11.04.2023 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. However, suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court and obtained orders and therefore, the respondents have filed the above review application.

3. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to file a detailed report as to when they communicated to the petitioner with regard to the rejection of his online application dated 11.04.2023 with a particulars of mode of communication and date of communication and if it was communicated through message, then from which mobile number to which mobile number it was sent.
