The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406, 417, 420 of IPC in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Based on the complaint given by one Jahirhusain, the respondent police registered a case under Section 406,417, 420 of IPC. 3.A reading of the complaint indicates that the petitioner along with the petitioner herein posed themselves as partners of APPFXX International Market Pvt.Ltd. (Trading) and promised that the invested money will be doubled within 50 days.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the overtact attributed to this petitioner is only the receipt of Rs.2,00,000/- from te defacto complainant and he has already paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the defacto complainant and Rs.1,00,000/- is yet to be paid. Hence, this complaint.

5.On reading of the complaint, it is not the receipt from the petitioner, the allegation is that she along with her husband and other accused appeared themselves as partners of the fraudulent company by name APPFXX International Market Pvt.Ltd., which has totally collected Rs.73,18,000/-. In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
