This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to grant a further time of 2 weeks for executing sureties as per the order dated 20.09.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.21426 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 30.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
