Pursuant to the order passed by this Court granting Letters of Administration, the petitioner has filed this Application to amend the Original Petition/Affidavit of Assets.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that inadvertently he had not mentioned the account number and the address of the bank. Hence this application.

3. Considering the nature of the amendment sought as it is only an inadvertence omission of account number and the address of the bank, the amendment application is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order passed by this Court and issue fresh order copy on payment of necessary fees.
