ORDER

This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of F.C.O.P.No.460 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Erode. 1/4

2. I called for a report from the learned Family Judge, Erode on 05.11.2024.

3. The learned Judge, Family Court, Erode has sent a report stating that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act, on 21.08.2024 as I.A.No.3 of 2024 and it is pending for enquiry and it stands posted to 18.11.2024. After the disposal of the said application, P.W.1 has to be cross examined and further witnesses have to be examined on both sides. The learned Judge, Family Court, Erode had sought six months time to dispose of the F.C.O.P.

4. Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, I am inclined to grant six months from the date of report to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.460 of 2022. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
