This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8633 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8433 of 2023, by an order dated 23.6.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8633 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8433 of 2023, by an order dated 23.6.2023, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8633 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8433 of 2023 dated 23.6.2023 is relaxed.
