ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugha Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. Notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.Alleging that the fourth respondent has put up construction unauthorisedly by encroaching a public pond, a representation was made by the petitioner on 19.10.2019. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 19.10.2019, we direct the second respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
