2.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.When the order copy is issued in the bail petition, the Registry may note that the offences are under Sections 392, 397 and 34 of IPC and the amendment to be carried out in the Criminal Original Petition also amending the offence from Section 387 IPC to Sections 392, 397 and 34 of IPC.
