This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Chidambaram and report before the Chidambaram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26894 of 2022 order dated 04.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear all the trial Court hearings without fail.
