ORDER
The respondent herein has preferred H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2017 for dissolution of her marriage with the revision petitioner and an exparte 1/4
decree has been obtained. To set aside the said exparte decree, the revision petitioner has taken out an application in I.A.No.81 of 2018, along with an application to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the said application. That was dismissed, and that is in challenge. In the meantime, the respondent had married, and this Court is informed that she is expecting her baby to the second marriage.
2.Given the change of circumstances, this Court only deems it appropriate to confirm the order of the trial Court as considering it otherwise will have serious ramification in the life of both the parties. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
