2. This Court, by an order dated 24.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10888 of 2025 dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner claimed that A1 and some other co-accused were arrested and subsequently, released on bail this reason could not be taken as a change in circumstances for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. This Court earlier dismissed the petition on the ground that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary is this case and also there is no change in circumstances, hence I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 22.09.2025 ssi To:

1.The Judicial Magistrate-VI, Salem.

2.The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Salem District.
