The relief sought in this Writ Petition is to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the proceedings No.J3/73864/02 dated 10.03.2003 published in the District Gazette, Kanyakumari District dated 13.03.2003 and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to forbear from proceeding against and acquiring the petitioner's land in S.No.432/4A1 measuring 0.21.300 hectares in Mekadu Village, Kalkularm Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
