This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT, SB.A/c.No.:190601000434; IFSC Code: ICIC0006119; The Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Collectorate, Room No.117, First Floor, Salem-636 001, Ph.No.9445008148 within a period of four weeks passed in the order dated 24.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20015 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.20015 of 2022 with the above condition. He would also submit that the petitioner belongs to a poor family and he is unable to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court, thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition. sp 3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) to the credit of Registered Advocates Clerks Association, Salem District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below.
