in Memo No.483/B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V/2023 dated 17.10.2023 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai Police, Vepery, Chennai - 7, the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set the detenu Thiru.Suresh @ Nondi Suresh, son of Loganathan, aged about 42 years, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal II, Chennai, at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.6685, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 28.11.2023, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
