Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendiran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order of this Court, passed in W.P.No.28174 of 2023 dated 29.09.2023, the Collector has recommended for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner. As recommendation has already been done, this Court is of the view that no contempt arises.
