investigation.
2. It is seen from the records that there is a dispute between the petitioner/tenant and landlord namely Saraswathi, which is purely civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the respondent/Police to investigate the matter as it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
