This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action based on the petitioner's compliant dated 15.10.2019 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
