Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.79435/d1/E1/2015 21.04.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment with effect from 04.08.1997 (date of initial appointment) and to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.413 dated 04.11.2010 and consequently direct the respondents to count the service of the petitioner from 04.08.1997 for the purpose of pension (under the old pension scheme i.e., before 01.04.2003) with all service and monetary benefits.
