This application has been filed by the third defendant seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 25.06.2024.

2.Under the said exparte order, the third defendant has been set exparte. Till date, counter has not been filed in this application. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the third defendant.

4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

5.The written statement has also been filed by the third defendant along with this application. Since the suit summons has not been served on the third defendant, the written statement filed by the third defendant is taken on record.

6.Post the matter for framing of issues and filing of affidavit of admission/denial of documents on 02.12.2024.
