When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.1073 of 2016 in O.S.No.85 of 2016.

ssi 2.It is submitted that the Trial Court has dismissed the petition in I.A.No.1073 of 2016 in which the petitioner has sought for appointing the petitioner as guardian for the 2nd proposed party. It is further submitted that since the petition filed by the petitioner himself is no more this petition become infructuous and nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
