This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20605 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to continue to appear before the respondent police for a further period of 15 days and thereafter, once in a week at 10.00 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, relaxed.
