Respondents in both the petitions Common prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying of issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to return the sale deed registered in his office on 30.12.2015 as Document No.13949/2015 & 13948/2015 to the petitioner within a specified time as directed by this Honourable court.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to return the sale deed registered in his office on 30.12.2015 as Document Nos.13949/2015 & 13948/2015 to the petitioner within a specified time as directed by this Honourable court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners have purchased an extent of 50 cents each in S.No.101/2B New S.No.101/2B1A1 of Prayanguppam Village, Tiruvallur Taluk for consideration of Rs.12,50,000/- and the sale deed was duly registered on 30.12.2015 in document Nos. 13949/2015 & 13948/2015, but the first respondent has not released the above said documents to the petitioners
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to return the above said sale deeds
to them within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the in respect of the above said documents, Section 47(a) of the Stamp Act proceedings is pending and the same will be concluded within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. Government Pleader, this Court directs the first respondent to conclude 47A proceedings, if already not concluded, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
