ORDER

These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 235 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant; to bring on

record the proposed petitioners 1 to 4 herein as the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above S.A.No.1334/2010 and to array them as appellant 2 to 5 in S.A.No.1334/2010.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed.
