The application has been filed seeking a direction to the Garnishee Bank to withhold the award amount passed in favour of the applicant. 2.Pursuant to issuance of notice, the Garnishees 2 and 3 have filed filed a counter affidavit before this Court stating that the first respondent has a cash credit account with the Garnishee Bank and already there is a deficit of about Rs.32,29,733.95/- and as such no amount is due by the Garnishees to the first respondent. 3.Recording the said statement and at the same time in order to protect the interest of applicant, I deem it fit to pass the following order. (i) The Garnishee respondents are restrained from releasing any monies to the first respondent as and when the debit balance is cleared and any surplus becomes available in the first respondents account.

4.With the above observation, the application is closed.
