This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.908 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.908 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur on 20.12.2019. However, the same is not taken on file.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.02.2023 vum Index:yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order 2/4
