This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent/Inspector of Police, R-5 Virugambakkam Police Station (Crime), Chennai to register the FIR in respect of the petitioner to filed a petition before The Hon'ble XXIII Court at Saidapet under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C in Crl.MP.No.4717 of 2022 order dated 19.04.2022 and 5.9.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and an endorsement to that effect also has been made by him.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
