Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to register the Honble High Court Judgement dated 28.08.2024 download from the Madras High Court website and decree and judgement passed by the Principal Sub-Court, Tindivanam made in O.S. No 84 of 1996 dated 16.12.2004 based on consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register the on-line Judgment dated 28.08.2024, passed by this Court in S.A.No.1019 of 2010.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, upon presentation of a certified copy of the Judgment, the same would be registered.
3. Taking into account the above, this Writ Petition is 2/4
allowed with a direction that, upon receipt of a certified copy of the Judgment and submission of an application to the second respondent for registration, the same shall be registered within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the Judgment in S.A.No.1019 of 2010. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
