This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned Order dated 21.07.2017 made by the first respondent and direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 24.8.2017 sent by the petitioner institution.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has taken back the papers and he has no instructions from the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
