This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit them to bring on record the legal representatives of Muralidharan, the deceased 1st defendant viz., i) T.M.Visalakshi, wife, ii) P.Malini, daughter, the respondents 6 & 7/proposed defendants herein as defendants 7 & 8 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
