ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.09.2024 to remove the incorrect entry made in the Encumbrance Certifiate in respect of Survey No. 155/8A1 (Patta No. 2641) and rectify the records to reflect the petitioners ownership as per settlement deed dated 05.03.2019.

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
