Crl.M.P.No.18980 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.18980 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28073 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 17.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28073 of 2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- as non-refundable deposit to "Rehoboth-Home for mentally challenged homeless women, No.22, Viswas Nagar, Koluthuvancherri, Paraniaputhur, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted bail to the petitioner on a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- as non-refundable deposit to " Rehoboth-Home for mentally challenged homeless women, No.22, Viswas Nagar, Koluthuvancherri, Paraniaputhur, Chennai.. However, the petitioner has now come before this Court for modification of the said condition since they were unable to pay the amount imposed by this Court.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28073 of 2022 dated 17.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to e Rehoboth-Home for mentally challenged homeless women, No.22, Viswas Nagar, Koluthuvancherri, Paraniaputhur, Chennai..
