The above captioned application has been filed to permit the petitioners to examine the scribe of the Will namely C.Kanagarajan, Advocate No.5-A, Directors Colony, Anna Mani Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 as PW2.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above application stating that the said attesting witness has been brought before this Court through supoena and therefore, the said application has become infructuous and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the above captioned application has been dismissed as withdrawn.
