This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties within a period of two weeks in the above Crl.O.P.No.9809 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 and posted the matter for reporting compliance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to unavoidable circumstances, he unable to furnish sureties within a stipulated period of time as directed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition as such is justifiable one, this Court is inclined to extend the time for further period of two weeks for execution of bond from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
