ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 16.04.2018, made in W.P.No.23544 of 2012, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the directions issued by this Court, vide

its order dated 16.04.2018 has been complied with by the respondents. In fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner would also agree, but, he would submit that some portion of the financial benefits have not been extended to the writ petitioner. However, this is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, is of the view that prima facie there appears to be no allegation of disobedience of the directions of this Court has been made out by the petitioner, however, the petitioner is having further grievance against nonsettlement of his entitlement. In such view of the matter, it is made clear that it is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondents by giving representation or to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceedings, in the manner known to law, and it is not open to him to sustain the present contempt petition, in view the compliance reported by the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
