This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 27.02.2015 made in REA.No.54 of 2013 in REP.No.121 of 2013 on the file of I Additional District Court, Salem.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the First Respondent/Decree Holder submitted that the entire EP amount has already been received from the Respondents/Judgment Debtors.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 17.12.2021 msm Index : Yes / No To The I Additional District Court, Salem.
