ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to Special Judge/ Special Sessions Court for SC and ST Act, Cuddlore to accept the petitioner's surrender application and consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day in connecting with Crime No. 572 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pennadam Police Station, Pennadam, Cuddalore District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was remanded on 09.12.2022.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was already remanded, there is no question of surrender of the petitioner and consideration of bail arisen as prayed in this petition.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to file bail petition. If bail petition is filed, the learned Judge is
