C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner has come forward seeking to calling for the records of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.1986/2000/A2 dated 28.03.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondent to renew the lease in favour of the petitioner at 15% enhanced Rent for a further period of 3 years at a time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Ramkumar, learned counsel representing M/s.Al.Gandhimathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
