(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the tenant against the order of eviction. He would further submit that subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the respondent. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petitions has become infructuous. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
