This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24020 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2022 and in addition, a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Cuddalore.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.24020 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
