This application has been filed seeking permission to the 2nd petitioner/1st applicant, Y.Sarojini to execute the bond for the letters of Administration of the Will Y.S.Narayanamurthy in A.No.1648 of 2024.

2. It is stated that all the other petitioners/applicants had given consent affidavits agreeing to call the 2nd petitioner/1st applicant to execute the bond. Permission is granted in A.No.1648 of 2024.

3. Time is also extended for executing the bond till 30.04.2024 in A.No.1649 of 2024.
