This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.574 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Section 381 IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that enquiry has been conducted and found that no case is pending against the petitioner as on date and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
