This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.633 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent / the Inspector of Police, B-3 Variety Hall Road Police Station (L&O), Coimbatore City.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in Crime No.633 of 2019, charge sheet has been filed and fine amount has also been paid.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would agree the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
