ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of the O.S.No.176 of 2015 within the time period.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that 3rd defendant has filed this petition for speedy disposal. The 1st defendant, who is aged about 75 years and all were dragged to the Court proceedings from the year 2015, and a statement was filed long back, but the trial was not yet commenced. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.
3. On a perusal of the E-Court status, it clearly shows that from the year of 2015 onwards the case is posted for framing of issues, and for more than 5 years the case has been pending before the trial Court. Therefore, the learned trial Judge is directed to commence the trial and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by without giving unnecessary adjournments.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
