When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Kumarsankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.4623 of 2014 itself has been settled out of Court and hence nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition for adjudication. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsels on both side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
