Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MICHAEL VISUVASAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- In this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, an order of interim stay was granted on 01.09.2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this Petition is ordered accordingly.
