Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to Co-operative Appeal viz., C.M.A.No.2 of 2006 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 18.01.2017 and quash the same as illegal and against all principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider and take into account all payments made by the petitioners towards the Housing Loan Account vide H.L.No.1285 on 20.06.2003 on the file of the 3rd respondent and pass an appropriate Award.
