ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.02.2023 made in W.P. No.23669 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up on the earlier occasion, learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with, however, learned counsel for the petitioners sought for time to verify the same. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.02.2024.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
