This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.515/2019 on the file of the Tiruppur Rural Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation was conducted and final report has been filed in this case.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report if they are advised to do so.
