2 C.R.P.Nos. 612 & 613 of 2017 in O.S.No.37 of 2014 before the II Additional and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, for recovery of money. During the pendency of the suit, the respondent/defendant filed re-call and re-open petitions and the same were allowed by the Trial Court and the said memo was also recorded.

2. Recording the aforesaid memo filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP.Nos.3147 and 3148 of 2017 are also closed.
